The dependance consists of a bedroom with a double bed, with the possibility of adding a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room with a kitchenette with table and chairs.

There is a parking area and an additional bathroom.


At the entrance of the property you will find majestic and beautiful marble statues, a wonderful garden with palm trees, plants and Mediterranean flowers, a barbecue area together with a stone cooking system, perfect for your barbecues with an indoor dining area.


Through the beautiful stone staircase you will have access to the pool area, where you will also find a Jacuzzi for 4 persons and a comfortable shower.

Animal friends are allowed and inside the villa you will find two dog kennels.

We also provide our guests with two bikes for adults and the much-loved game of table football.

Inside you will find every comfort.


We recommend our guests to take a car and visit the beautiful town of Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its famous Tonnara and the Riserva dello Zingaro Zingaro Nature Reserve, Alcamo Marina with its incomparable golden sandy beach spread over 6 km of coastline.


In the villa there is a main villa, the owner lives there but is very discreet and you will not see him during your stay. Pool area and bbq area are exclusively for guests.
