La dependance è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, con possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo, un bagno con doccia, una camera con letto a castello, un soggiorno con angolo cottura con tavolo e sedie.
Esternamente è presente un’area parcheggio ed un ulteriore bagno supplementare.
All’entrata della proprietà troverete maestose e bellissime statue marmoree, un meraviglioso giardino con palme, piante e fiori mediterranei, un’area barbecue insieme ad un sistema di cottura a pietra, perfetto per le vostre grigliate con una zona pranzo al coperto.
Attraverso la bellissima scalinata in pietra avrete accesso all’area piscina, dove troverete anche una Jacuzzi per 4 persone ed una comoda doccia.
Sono ammessi gli amici animali ed all’interno della villa troverete due cucce per cani.
Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti anche due bici per adulti e il tanto amato gioco del calcio balilla.
All’interno troverete ogni confort.
Consigliamo ai nostri ospiti di munirsi di automobile e visitare la bellissima città di Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello con la sua famosissima Tonnara e la Riserva dello Zingaro Zingaro, Alcamo Marina con la sua impareggiabile spiaggia di sabbia dorata distribuita in 6 km di costa.
