The annex consists of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a living room with a kitchenette, table, and chairs.
Outside, there is a parking area and an additional bathroom.
At the entrance of the property, you will find majestic and beautiful marble statues, a wonderful garden with palm trees, Mediterranean plants, and flowers, a barbecue area along with a stone cooking system, perfect for your barbecues, and an indoor dining area.
Via the beautiful stone staircase, you will access the pool area, where you will also find a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a convenient shower.
Pets are welcome, and inside the villa, you will find two dog beds.
We also provide our guests with two adult bicycles and the much-loved foosball table.
Inside, you will find every comfort.
We recommend our guests have a car to visit the beautiful town of Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its famous Tonnara and the Zingaro Nature Reserve, and Alcamo Marina with its unparalleled golden sandy beach stretching for 6 km.
The villa includes a main house where the owner lives, but they are very discreet and you will not see them during your stay.
