Magnificent villa in Alcamo Marina with a large private pool, covered parking, a garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, and verandas on all sides of the villa.
On the northwest edge of the pool, you will also find a convenient stone shower next to a beautiful fountain within a small area with very characteristic plants and flowers.
Between the pool and the villa, you will have the option to use an extra structure with a dining area, a kitchen with a gas hob, and a bathroom with a shower.
Next to this small structure, you will also find a convenient barbecue that you can use for your grilling. Inside, the villa comprises on the ground floor a large living room with a seating area and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with a TV and air conditioning.
Behind the living room, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a very elegant bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a single bed. The villa is located approximately one kilometer from the beautiful golden beach of Alcamo Marina and about 4 kilometers from the A29 Palermo - Mazara del Vallo motorway exit, which will allow you to travel in any direction of our beautiful island. Extras: tourist tax to be paid, a refundable security deposit if there is no damage to the property, and electricity.
The first 15 kWh per day are free; beyond that, you will be asked to pay the difference upon check-out, at a cost of €0.60 per extra kWh.
The meter will be checked together with our staff both at check-in and check-out.
