Unterbringung sehr schmutzig und vernachlässigt (z.B. Schimmel im Bad), verrostete Heizung, Kühlschrank nicht leistungsfähig. In Nachbarwohnung (Haus mit 4 Wohneinheiten) abfallender Wasserhahn, defekter Kühlschrank, mangelhafte Gasinstallation (Gas ist ausgetreten !) nicht funktionierende Klospülun...
