On the ground floor, you will find a living area with an equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge area opening onto a covered terrace with breathtaking views of the fields and forest, where you might spot some deer.
There is also a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room (double vanity, walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.
The mezzanine (accessible via a ship's ladder) leads to a sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk.
In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room for storing equipment (2 bicycles are available free of charge).
Outdoors, the terrace is furnished with garden seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The exteriors, fully open to nature (not fenced), guarantee a complete change of scenery.
Beds will be made upon your arrival; heating, electricity, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price of your stay.
Located in the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1.5 hours from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, and 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge in nature, surrounded by greenery to enjoy the calm and a peaceful environment.
At the foot of the cottage, you will find walking trails and GR hiking paths just 200 meters away.
