Host Information The apartment is located in the beautiful resort town of Sankt Englmar (Bavarian Forest), specifically within the Predigtstuhl Resort, which serves as the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. If you are enthusiastic hikers, cyclists, or skiers, then our apartment is perfect for you. The hotel complex includes: a large indoor pool, sauna, and fitness studio. Mini-golf, table tennis, a playground, and free parking and Wi-Fi are also available.

Directly opposite is an indoor playground for children (Family World) for a fee. Destinations for excursions are in the immediate vicinity: many hiking trails, a summer toboggan run, the treetop walk, a climbing forest, ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, a ski school, a riding stable, a tennis court, a swimming pond, and shopping facilities in the village. Conditions/Extras Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50%.

Cancellations made later will incur a charge of 100% of the overnight stay price. A deposit of 50% of the overnight stay price is required.

Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Departure is possible between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Key handover is done in person on-site.

Tourist tax: Additionally, a visitor's tax of 3 EUR per person/night must be paid.

Children aged 0 to 5 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Parking spaces are available free of charge in the vicinity of the hotel. Unit Description Our cozy vacation apartment with a balcony offers a total of 53 m² of space for up to 5 people. The living area also features a Smart TV, a pull-out sofa bed, a wall bed, and a coffee table. The apartment boasts a new kitchen with a complete set of basic equipment for cooking. (Kettle, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment). The dining area can accommodate up to 4 people. The separate bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm).

A large desk, TV, and wardrobe are also located in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, towels, soap, and toilet paper, as well as a child's toilet seat and a stool. Conditions/Extras Pets are not allowed.
