Villa Irma with private pool

A splendid villa with swimming pool and large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the Apulian hinterland.

Villa Irma, which is spread over one floor, opens onto a living room with fireplace, TV and double sofa bed, behind which is the dining area and an arched opening to the well-equipped open kitchen, also complete with oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, which also have a wardrobe, and a bathroom with bathtub.

The added value is provided by the outdoor spaces: surrounded by countryside and a large garden with a swimming pool, Villa Irma also has ample parking, a furnished patio and a barbecue for exquisite dinners to be enjoyed in the open air.

Move north and you will find Alberobello with its typical trulli (26 km) and Castellana Grotte (26 km), together with Polignano a Mare (54 km), known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic", will leave you speechless, with its crystal-clear waters and rock embroidered with cavities carved out by the sea. Further north you will find the city of Trani (98 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, an ancient maritime fortress from the Swabian period, and Bari (67 km) with the Basilica of San Nicola, the Bari Vecchia area, the Norman-Swabian Castle and the Nazario Sauro promenade.
