You will find a terrace in front of and behind the small villa, where you will find both sunny and shady spots at any time of day. In the areas protected from view, you can simply enjoy yourself completely undisturbed.

For the sporty, Mallorca in general offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, cycling, diving, etc.

Wir hatten noch nie so freundliche, Hilfsbereite und herzliche Vermieter. Wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen mit Wein und Kuchen. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, uns fehlte an nichts. Die Unterkunft ist für Ruhesuchende Familien genau das Richtige, die Lage ca. 5min zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Sehr zu Empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent holiday. My third visit on Mallorca- the second in Alcudia but this time the best. Comfortable house not apart from main street, 300 m to the beach. Priceless quiet, lot of space in the house, two terraces outside. Working air condition and first of all very sympathy owner to respond on your wishes.
We are going to visit this place next year.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Ausblick auf eine Grünfläche, sehr viele liebevolle Details. Etwas ungemütliche Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer, ist hauptsächlich fürs Fernsehgucken eingerichtet. Sonst perfekt.
