The flat is located on the first floor (piano nobile) of no. 92 Via Garibaldi.
It consists of an entrance hall from which the living area is accessed to the right; opposite and to the left is the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms: a master bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and another smaller double bedroom.
The flat can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, 4 in the double bedrooms and 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.
The living area consists of a large room where there is the kitchen and the living room divided by an Art Nouveau window made by local craftsmen. Adjacent to the living room, where there is a TV, is another bathroom with shower and washing machine.
This holiday home is located in the historic centre of Città della Pieve, a charming Umbrian town that is the birthplace of the 16th-century painter Pietro Vannucci, known as 'Perugino'. Situated in front of the Duomo (where the baptismal font called "Pieve", which gives its name to the town, is kept) from the flat you can enjoy the view of the "movida" venues that line the streets below and the Piazza Plebiscito, where the main events of the "Estate Pievese" take place, starting with the "Infiorata" in honour of San Luigi Gonzaga (patron of the Terziere Casalino); The "Palio dei Terzieri", which takes place during August; "Zafferiamo" an event that evokes the traditional use of the noble spice saffron for use in both food and fabric dyeing. During the winter holiday period, one can visit the 'Presepe Monumentale' (Monumental Crib) in the basement of Duke Ascanio Della Corgna's palace, each year inspired by contemporary social themes. In spring, there is the 'Mostra Mercato' (market exhibition) of typical agro-food products during the Easter period, when 'I Quadri Viventi' (living paintings) on the Passion Death and Resurrection of Christ are reproduced in the basement of Palazzo Orca. Throughout the year, one can enjoy splendid views along the various landscape itineraries, the most recent of which has just been inaugurated (July 2020): 'La Passerella di San Pietro' (St. Peter's Footbridge), whose views sweep from Umbria to the Tuscan Val d'Orcia.
