On the ground floor, you have 2 steps outside to access a beautiful entrance with a sitting area followed by a large living room with a dining room.
You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen.
You will have 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs,you will have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a mezzanine with games and books.
In the enclosed garden, you can walk around the house.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment. Recently renovated family house close to Périgueux and its monuments and 16 km from Brantôme.
Around to visit : castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, caves of Villars, village of St Jean de Côle, museum of the truffles in Sorges. 400 m from the cottage you can enjoy outdoor communal games. 500 m from the greenway (walking, cycling, rollerblading...).
Fishing possible at 800 m.
The Golf of Périgueux at 2 km offers an 18-hole course.
Animals accepted with deposit only on the ground floor.
