The blue ribbon of the River Lippe runs just a few metres away. Here you also have access to the Römer-Lippe-Route, which invites you to enjoy beautiful cycle tours. The town centre of Haltern am See is approx. 6.2 km away and offers good shopping facilities. Beautiful excursion destinations include Lembeck Castle, the Haard forests and the Silberseen lakes near Dülmen. Numerous sights of industrial culture in the Ruhr area can be reached quickly by car. The flat has a small terrace in the garden with an idyllic garden pond. A cellar bar and the cellar sauna can be used on request. Quiet and close to the river Lippe, there are many hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. Bicycles can be rented inexpensively at the Haltern am See bike station.
