Ruhige Lage nicht weit vom Strand. 4 Wohneinheiten. Recht viel Platz für 5 Personen. Eigenes Grundstück mit Parkplätzen um das Haus herum. Die Vermittlungsagentia ist in der Nähe und kümmert sich bei Bedarf sofort um Probleme.
Die Immobilie ist in einem dem Alter entsprechendem Zustand. In der Wohnung fällt an mehreren Stellen der Putz ab und es gibt mehrere Farbflecken vom durch offene Fenster rein dringendem Regenwasser. Grundsätzlich sehr wenige Steckdosen. In der Küchenzelle gibt es überhaupt keine. Die Immobilie wird...

Eine heraushängende Steckdose im Wohnzimmer- teilweise nicht zu öffnende oder schwer verschließbare Fenster - 2 Türen, die am Boden schleifen - Terrasse bei Wohnung 2 nicht nutzbar, da die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz direkt daneben ist - Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert - furchtbare Vorhänge - nicht genügend Nachttischlampen
