Bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), spacious wardrobe (with hangers and shelves), and access to the terrace through a large bay window.
The bedroom also features independent air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, sink, and mirror. Separate toilet. Spacious 14 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner with a peaceful view of the residence’s courtyard. The apartment also includes a private underground parking space (closed and secure box). ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Interaction We are an agency specialized in short term rentals and are available to assist you throughout your stay.

This neighborhood is perfectly balanced, offering peace and tranquility while remaining close to the city center and all essential amenities. Nearby shops and services: Picard: 1.1 km Intermarché Express: 1.3 km Leclerc: 1.1 km Vival: 600 m Bar Tabac: 700 m Le Jardin restaurant: 1.4 km Post Office: 750 m Cannes landmarks: La Croisette: 2.1 km Rue d’Antibes: 1.7 km Le Suquet: 2.3 km ## Transit Cannes Train Station (SNCF): about 10 minutes on foot, with regional and national connections (TER, TGV). Negative:
Missing coffee machine for power coffee, bad smell in bathroom out of the air exchange system. Pool was not really clean. Looks like the pump / filter system was switched off. No sunshades at the pool. Too much contact persons.
