This apartment of 30 m2 is located in a secured residence with large swimming pool divided into two bassins, where is this also a fitness room (additional price). You can also enjoy tennis court (additional price).
It is close to all amenities and Golfe Juan / Juan les Pins city center and beaches.
You can walk to a pharmacy, Intermarché supermarket and an organic supermarket store called La Vie Claire. It is composed of : - A living room with a convertible sofa bed, two single beds - A kitchenette opened to the living room with a dining area (micro-wave, pots and pans, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) - A bathroom with bathtub and washbasin - Independent toilets - Small bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a cupboard - A terrasse of 12 m2 with an outside table and 4 chairs looking over a small garden parcel from the residence For more comfort it also has: -Fan - Wireless wifi -TV - Terrasse - Parking spot (located in a secured outside parking spot in a lot only 2 minutes away from the residence) ## Access The accommodation is accessible in its entirety. ## Interaction I live in Antibes and work in Antibes, so I'm always around in case of problems.
I also remain available by phone or SMS to ensure the smooth running of your stay. This accomodation is managed by a professional conciergerie located in Antibes and opened from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. ## Neighborhood The apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Antibes.
Le veil Antibes is famous for its many small pedestrian streets. The apartment is located near the beach of Golfe Juan as well as the beaches of Juan les Pins. 750m walk from the beach of GOLFE JUAN 1.6km on foot from the port of GOLFE JUAN 5.1 km by car from the gravette beach in Antibes ## Transit By train: Antibes SNCF station 9 minutes by car By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit By plane: Nice airport a TER takes you to GOLFE JUAN VALLAURIS ## notes This apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence.
It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It does not have air conditioning but has a fan. 4 swimming pool access bracelets are provided upon arrival. Bed linens are provided during your stay. (One kit per bed upon arrival according to the number of guests in the reservation). One medium sized shower towel is given per person upon arrival as well. Beach / swimming pool towels are not included. Cleaning is included in your reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before your departure. Tennis court and the gym club are additional costs. The swimming pool is opened from April 24th 2022 to October 1st 2022.
