Please note: the elevator is present in the building up to the 5° floor.
There are 2 flights of stairs between the 5th and 6th floors. The accommodation is located in a residential area of the city: 300m from the house there is the # 24 tramlink at the stop "Via Ripamonti / Via Noto" However, we suggest you to reach the apartment by car, due to the abundance of free parking spaces on the street! NATIONAL CODE: IT015146B42FNJHCOC The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a spacious living room with a relaxation area (sofa, smart TV, dining table and bookcase) and a kitchen area with induction hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher. The living room leads to the 2 terraces with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) - BEDROOM I: has a double bed and bathroom with bidet and shower - BEDROOM II: has a French bed and a second bathroom with bidet and shower. Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, split AC in every room. PLEASE NOTE: the sofa can be used as a single bed if, with a capacity of 4 people, the French bed is used by only one guest. Es un atico sin preparar, sin arreglar los desperfectos, bastantes cosas rotas( cristales, mampara,lavavajillas, toldo,aire acondiconado para un atico escaso, vajilla muy escasa).
Buscas una casa para poder estar augusto y te encuentras con un piso muy abandonado.

Die Abwicklung über cleanbnb und der Kontakt vor Ort waren sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.
Der Zustand der Wohnung. Es könnte eine super gemütliche Wohnung sein aber es ist sehr viel kaputt. Markise auf der Sonnenseite stumpf abgebrochen und liegt auf dem Balkon, Scheiben von den Balkontüren gesprungen, Mobiliar teilweise defekt. Spartanisch mit Geschirr eingerichtet...insgesamt könnte die Wohnung mal überholt werden, dann könnte es eine top Unterkunft sein.

Les photos et description correspondent parfaitement au logement que nous avons eu. Alberto a été très réactif sur la vaisselle qui manquait et certaines petites choses.
Le + était la salle de bain pour chaque chambre et le tramway a 5 min à pied pour aller dans le centre. Et de bon resto.
