The LA PRIMAVERA building is a tall, four-story construction without an elevator, located at Avda. de la Mota nº 8, in the central commercial area of Xeraco beach.
It offers pleasant communal garden areas and covered parking spaces.
It is only thirty meters from the sand.
The area is very quiet, with little traffic, ensuring disconnection and rest, just thirty meters from the fine sand of the beach. Second-floor apartment with three bedrooms, one recently renovated bathroom with a shower tray, a small en-suite toilet, an independent kitchen with a utility terrace/drying area, and a comfortable living-dining room with access to a cozy, partially glazed terrace facing East, with frontal sea views of the dunes and the beach.
It includes a covered parking space and is equipped with a dishwasher. Capacity for 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Only Families! PETS ARE ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). Includes a bi-weekly change of bed linen.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WiFi service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The slope for entering the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, in sea inlets, and rivers.
