The duplex flat, is located in the heart of the city, Centro Ciudad neighbourhood, has a privileged location in one of the streets of the Plaza Mayor, the Calle Prior.



THE APARTMENT
This modern and spacious flat, is on the first floor of a newly built building with lift and air conditioning, has approximately 50m2, distributed on the first floor living/dining room, kitchen and toilet on the second floor in bedroom, hallway with fitted wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bath.



HOW TO STAY
It can accommodate up to 4 adults in: Two people in bedroom of 14m2 with double bed of 1,40m and another two people in a double sofa-bed of 1,40m in the living room, there is also the possibility of cot and highchair (optional service)

ZONE
The Centro Ciudad neighbourhood is a very touristic and commercial area of the city, the area of the flat is surrounded by important monuments of the city such as the Plaza Mayor, La Rua, churches and important squares, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in tourist guides.



PARKING
As it is a pedestrian area, parking in this area is scarce and the blue zone is paid (M to F 9-14. 16-20, S 9-14). You also have the possibility of renting a parking space with the flat in a nearby building subject to availability (15€/day to be contracted once the flat is booked). However, there is a Lemans car park just 250 metres from the flat.


There is a taxi rank and a city bus stop just 50 metres from the door.
