This modern and spacious apartment is on the second floor of a new construction building with an elevator and air conditioning.
It is approximately 50m2, distributed with a living/dining area and a toilet on the first floor, and a bedroom, hallway with a built-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub on the second floor. HOW TO STAY: Up to 4 adults can be accommodated: two people in the 14m2 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed, and two more people on a 1.40m double sofa bed in the living room.
There is also the possibility of a cot and high chair (optional service). PARKING: As it is a pedestrian zone, parking in this area is scarce and paid (blue zone: Mon-Fri 9 am-2 pm, 4 pm-8 pm; Sat 9 am-2 pm). You also have the option to rent a garage space with the apartment in a nearby building, subject to availability (€15/day, to be arranged once the apartment is booked).
