This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The living room is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

It features a seating area with a sofa, armchair, television, and a dining area perfect for social gatherings.

The living room can be converted into a second bedroom thanks to a pull-down double bed, maintaining the comfort and aesthetics of the space. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has direct access to the outdoors.

The bathroom includes a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, ideal for preparing your meals with practicality. Outside, the apartment offers a pleasant patio with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.

This area provides direct access to the communal swimming pools. The complex features a large pool for adults and another for children, well-maintained gardens, a playground, a gym, a games room, and a squash court.

The location is excellent, close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, and water activities. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This is a self-catered property.

For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.

We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4. For the 5th to 6th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
