In Roncaro di Baveno, a panoramic and sunny hamlet on the hillside, is the Lulù house.

It is a newly renovated stone cottage with very elegant furnishings.

The house consists of two rustic cottages with two terraces, one of which has sun loungers and a lake view, the other larger central one equipped with sun loungers, a table for 8 people, a parasol and a large stone barbecue.

From here there is a magnificent view of the lake and the Borromean Islands.

In the main part of the house there is a service bathroom, the living room with lounge, satellite TV, dining table and the fully equipped open kitchen area.

Going up the stairs to the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second one with two single beds and also on this floor there is an elegant bathroom with shower.

In the other cottage on the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed and lake view, on the first floor there is the bedroom with two single beds and lake view and another elegant bathroom with shower.

A garage is available 200 metres from the house.

To access the house you have to walk along a small pedestrian road between the houses which is about 150 metres long.

Animals accepted on payment only of small/medium size, euro 20 per week.
