On the sunny and panoramic hill behind the center of Verbania Intra, just a five-minute walk from the lake, is Villa Il Motto.
This well-preserved period villa has been renovated with its main services.
Starting from the 2025 season, it will feature a magnificent swimming pool with a sunbathing area offering panoramic lake views. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a lake view and TV, a large dining room with another living area opening onto a covered porch furnished with a table and chairs, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a small guest bathroom, and an apartment consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a staircase leading to the attic where a small bathroom is located. On the first floor of the villa, there is a double bedroom with a lake view, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower.
There is also a connecting double bedroom with a small room containing a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On the second floor, there is another double bedroom with a lake view and another bedroom with two beds that can be joined together, plus a bathroom with a shower. In the semi-basement, there is a small kitchen/tavern area, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and the laundry room. In front of the villa, there is a large terrace equipped with an awning, a large dining table, and a seating area, from which you can enjoy magnificent lake views.
The new swimming pool measures 4 meters by 9 meters and is 140 cm deep.
Around the pool, there is a sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering breathtaking views of the lake and the town. Within the property, there are 3 parking spaces reserved for guests.
Villa al Motto enjoys a magnificent location with unsurpassed views amidst greenery, just a 5-minute walk from the lake (via a small road) and only a 5-minute drive from the center of Verbania.
Dogs are allowed upon request for an additional fee. Heating is included for stays from October 15th to April 15th.

Large property with plenty of spaces for socialising and relaxing inside and outside. Excellent views over Verbania and Lago Maggiore. Location is good for exploring Intra on foot and surrounding areas by car or boat. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk from the villa and several supermarkets within a short drive. Highly recommended!
