On the third floor with lift of a well-kept building in the centre of Stresa is the completely renovated BELLA flat.
From the large entrance you enter the living room with dining table, sofa that becomes a bed and satellite TV, from there you enter the terrace facing the lake with a view of the centre and the Borromeo Islands equipped with table, deckchairs and sunshade.
The kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private balcony overlooking the lake, one with two single beds approached from which there is access to the main terrace, and one with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
Under the building there is a reserved parking space in the garage.
In two minutes on foot you can reach the train station and in 5/8 minutes you can reach the city centre with all its clubs and attractions. There is a charge of Euro 20 per week for animals.

During summer season it is hot it would be nice if electric fans were provided.
