In the centre of the small hamlet of Roncaro di Baveno is Coco.

The house, completely renovated in wood and stone, is furnished with style.

On the ground floor there is a small private garden equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, sun loungers and under a small porch there is a barbecue and water fountain.

On this floor there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.

The bathroom has a bath/shower.

Also on this floor is a small room with a washing machine.

Up the stairs you reach the first floor, which is also accessed from the main entrance.

Here there is a small toilet and the living room with the sitting room, furnished with some period furniture and satellite TV, from where there is a spectacular view of the lake and the Borromeo islands.

From the living room you have access to a long balcony equipped with table and chairs. going up another floor via a spiral staircase you reach the well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a wonderful view of the lake.

Villetta COCO is just a small oasis of peace and scenery only 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Baveno with its lakeside promenade, bars, restaurants, shops and the harbour for boats to visit the islands.
