Not far from Vidauban, Draguignan and Roquebrune-sur-Argens, this pied-à-terre is ideal for up to 4 people. You'll have all the comforts you need: a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a lovely communal swimming pool for residents to relax in after a day's sightseeing! Bed linen and towels included.
Pets welcome on request. Accommodation: Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is made up as follows: Day area: - A beautiful, light-filled living area comprising a sitting area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table that can seat up to 4 people. - A functional, fully-equipped kitchenette: fridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc. Sleeping area: - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190). - Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and hairdryer. - Separate WC. Outside area : - A beautiful 10x5m swimming pool, shared by the residence.
The pool is open from June to the end of September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. Neighbourhood : The residence is ideally located in a quiet, pleasant area just 200 m from the town centre, where you will find all the shops you need: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. Activities : - Relaxation on the beach and water sports: sailing, paddle, diving, etc. - Hiking and mountain biking - Visits to wineries and tastings of local produce. - Aoubré l'Aventure Nature, Parachute, escape game, car tour... - Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Lorgues, Encasteaux, Draguignan, Vidauban, Roquebrune-sur-Argens... Public transport : - Bus: "Le Luc" stop 2 minutes' walk from the accommodation. - Gonfaron railway station 10 km away (12 min by car). - Saint-Tropez airport 40 km away (47 min by car). Other remarks: - Free parking available in the street opposite the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Appartement fonctionnel situé au RDC, mais un peu sombre. Le fait d'avoir mis à disposition des ventilateurs dans la chambre et pièce de vie nous a permis de supporter la forte chaleur. Surmatelas fourni par Céline (Super hôte) pour dormir confortablement sur le convertible. Le grand plus : La piscine idéale pour se rafraichir et passer un bon moment en famille.

Je suis ravi d'avoir passé mon week-end dans Le Luc surtout avec une hôte comme Céline!
Merci à elle pour tout; agréable et vraiment sympathique, elle nous a même aidés pour notre arrivée. En plus de ça nous avons eu un logement impeccable, et qui sentait bon. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était présent, ce qui soulage vraiment, surtout avec un bébé de 9 mois.
