Just a 5-minute drive from the historic town of Desenzano del Garda, this light-filled holiday apartment easily accommodates up to 4 guests.
It is the ideal base from which to explore the historic sites of Desenzano and Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake.
Eight steps lead up to a sunny balcony at the front of the apartment.
The balcony door opens directly into the living room.
A large glass window ensures that the living area is flooded with light.
There is a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchenette, which is tucked away off the living room, is well-equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine.
The bedroom area of the apartment is sectioned off by a wall for privacy and has a flexible wall-mounted Smart TV which can be viewed in both rooms.
For larger groups, other apartments in the same complex can be rented together.

Sleeping Bedroom area: The restful area has a double bed and a wardrobe with a safe.
Extra: The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
L’alloggio non è grande, ma è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze: confortevole, ben organizzato e accogliente. Tutto era pulito e funzionale, ideale per un soggiorno pratico e piacevole.
Soluzione ottima e consigliata.

Place is lovely closer to go everywhere, only problem is that you can hear the train pass but after going around and getting tired I don’t think that be much of a problem. Small but well equipped place.

Very friendly people. there was a prblem with AC at weather with 35C. The first 2 nights were very hot and hard but after 2 days it was repaired (got a 60 euro refund) and the last 3 days were everything OK. The only thing in the yellow app have to be replaced is the sofa Bett (sleeper Sofa). It was really very inconvenient to sleep on it. The rest in App were OK and good.
