Liegt direkt an der Promenade und es ist alles gut erreichbar.

Dass der Strandzugang von anderen Bewohnern mit genutzt wird, auch schon mal ein Hund rumspringt.

Der Stellplatz im Parkhaus ist wirklich sehr, sehr eng. Es sollte bereits vor der Buchung darauf hin geweisen werden. Eßtisch und Fernsehtisch sind sehr wackelig - sollten stabilisiert werden. Sehr praktisch ist der Schuhputzer vor der Eingangstür.
