The Winzergarten holiday flat is located on the garden floor of the Rebhaus holiday home.
It is approx. 105 m² in size and has a very large terrace with a fantastic view.
From this flat, you can look out over the idyllic village centre of Sipplingen to the opposite shore of Lake Constance and the village of Bodman.
The 3-room apartment has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180x200cm).
The open-plan living-dining area is very spacious and has floor-to-ceiling windows.
In it there are 2 stylish sofas with a create function (lying surface 110X210cm) and a very bright, light-flooded dining area with a dreamlike view of Lake Constance.
The large kitchen is stylishly and modernly furnished and has a sitting/standing area at the kitchen counter which adds to the beautiful ambience.
The modernly designed bathroom is equipped with a large washstand and bench made of oiled pear wood, WC and spacious walk-in shower.

Modernes Bad mit Regendusche
In der Küche alles vorhanden , sogar Müllbeutel, Filtertüten und Spülmittel
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
Tolle Wohnung mit klasse Aussicht auf den See.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch mit so Kleinigkeiten wie Müllbeutel, Backpapier usw. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und total nett.
