Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:

Upstairs accessible via a steep staircase:
Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm).
Outside:
Two small terraces, one of which is wooden, and private parking on the property. Pretty little typical stone house, "fisherman's house type", recently renovated, located in a cul-de-sac on the same land as another 4-person gîte, 22G140274, where the privacy of each vacationer is respected.
The Paimpol area is magnificent and offers many curiosities: the Beauport Abbey 5 km away, an exceptional site organized around a cloister, 9 km away the Pointe de l'Arcouest, the pier to reach the island of Bréhat by speedboat and there, the magic happens! Welcome to the most beautiful island in Brittany, also called the island of flowers! Seafood lovers, you've come to the right place! Come and taste the "La Paimpolaise" oyster, the town's specialty, then head to the pretty fishing village of Loguivy-de-la-mer. The place is especially known for the "bleu de Loguivy", a real Breton lobster.

Accueil très cordial du propriétaire qui nous a donné de nombreuses indications sur ce qu'il y à voir et à faire autour de Paimpol.
Gîte globalement bien équipé, notamment la cuisine.
Place de parking.
Le gîte est un peu sombre et laisse une légère impression de "négligé" : du "bazar" (quelques emballages vides, etc.) traîne par ci par là, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. La finition des travaux à l'intérieur est moyenne. Mais pas de quoi gâcher les vacances :-)

Paimpol est une ville très agréable.Beaucoup de sites intéressants aux alentours à visiter.Notre gîte était très bien aménagé, confortable. Il ne manquait rien.Le propriétaire était très charmant et très bon conseiller sur les sorties à effecteur.
