The small flat is located on the 5th floor of the nostalgic apartment building and can be reached via the stairs or the lift. An open hallway leads to the flat.

The spacious balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea, the beach and the harbour and, thanks to its enclosed location, allows you to sunbathe in the warmth even on windy days. You can also enjoy a sundowner there in cosy warmth thanks to a radiant heater.

Thanks to the new windows and doors, the flat is extremely quiet despite its central location and nothing stands in the way of relaxation.

A small pantry kitchen provides you with everything you need for cooking. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table next to it, with a view of the south of Eckernförde.
In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe with enough space to store suitcases and clothes.
The shower room has also been renovated and offers all the comfort you need.

On the 8th floor of the building there are two roof terraces that can be used communally and make a 360° view over Eckernförde an unforgettable experience.
In the basement there is an underground car park and a bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer can also be used here for a fee.

The building at Rendsburger Straße 11-15 is one of the best-known properties in the small town of Eckernförde and is centrally located to all important locations, such as the beach, the town centre and the train station.
From the outside you are immersed in a bygone era from the 70s and 60s, from the inside you can expect a very well-kept and modern apartment complex with a breathtaking 360° view from the roof terraces over Eckernförde and the surrounding area.
