Description
You will be living in an energy-saving house that was completed in early summer 2019. The ground floor apartment Am Teich is wheelchair accessible, with extra-wide doors and generous turning circles in the bathroom and hallway. The upper holiday apartment invites you to relax, especially in summer, with its huge sun deck. Both holiday flats are new and modern. The holiday home is located in a quiet urban area in the immediate vicinity of the town centre, approx. 600m, but also very close to the lake, approx. 400m away as the crow flies. Despite the proximity to the town centre, you are always close to nature. Both flats are non-smoking. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone likes old smoke of any kind.
Likewise, both flats are not approved for pets for various reasons, even if we like animals.

Description.
The holiday flat is open and modern. It is wheelchair accessible inside and can be reached from the outside via a ramp in the entrance area. You can enjoy the garden and relax on the terrace. You will find restful sleep in a bedroom with a 160x200m bed, single mattresses, and in the living room you can sleep on a large sofa bed. Your holiday flat has the following highlights: Floor-length windows with shutters, underfloor heating, LAN and USB sockets available, daylight bathroom, washing machine/dryer combination, wheelchair-accessible equipment (1m doors, walk-in shower, shower stool), large sofa bed, furnished terrace with garden and pond view, hoover and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee machine
Both flats are non-smoking. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone likes old smoke of any kind, and both flats are not approved for pets for various reasons, even if we like animals.
