After a few minutes' walk, you reach the extensive forest areas of the Borkenberge. There are almost endless hiking and cycling trails here. Popular excursion destinations are the beaches around the Silbersee lake and the wild horses near Dülmen. The beautiful town centre of Haltern am See is approx. 2.5 km away. The flat has a separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave and seating), a large living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD, a cosy bedroom with double bed and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with washing machine. You can enjoy fine weather on your own terrace or sunbathing lawn. The landlords are happy to provide their guests with a ladies' and men's bicycle for short tours in the surrounding area. Friends of water sports can use the house's own canoe for 2 people to navigate the reservoir
