The residential LES MOTES is a low three-storey building without lift, situated on the beachfront with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of the beach of Xeraco in Avenida de la Mota nº 40 in the vicinity of restaurants and other services. Quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees the disconnection and rest.

It offers a nice swimming pool with children's pool surrounded by communal areas and gardens.

Apartment on the first floor, all in perfect condition. With two bedrooms, one bathroom (with bath), independent kitchen with dishwasher, utility room. From the living-dining room there is access to a large terrace on the ground floor, with east facing awning, facing the sea with fabulous and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Includes covered parking and WIFI service. Pets are not allowed.

Our flats are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). A fortnightly change of bed linen is included. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, please bring them!

Key collection will take place at our offices in C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacating of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. On arrival, you will have two options, to cover any possible damage, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the flat has been checked, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver (Insurance) of 28 € non-refundable.

The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
