The "PARQUEMAR III-IV" complex consists of three blocks of six floors each, with a large communal garden area surrounding the swimming pool, tennis court, and squash court.
It is located in the northern part of the resort, 65 meters from the fine sand of Xeraco beach.
This is a very quiet area with little traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms both with a shower, a separate kitchen with a utility area, and a living-dining room with access to a spacious south-facing terrace with an awning and fabulous views of the sea, the pool, and the mountains.
There is a second north-facing terrace accessible from the second bedroom. Capacity: 4/5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having already paid the deposit.
Departure and vacating of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after prior consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers a lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshes.
The marshes are very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, in sea arms, and rivers.

Del apartamento me gustó mucho la ubicación cerquita de la playa y de un chiringuito, la piscina y la pista de tenis que hizo más amena la semana. El apartamento es muy fresco pq tiene terrazas que dan a dos calles y corre el aire. Vistas bonitas a la piscina, playa y montaña. Nos ha gustado mucho.
