La posizione della casa merita 10 e lode. Aprire la porta e trovarsi nei colori del mare è un'esperienza straordinaria.
L'alloggio è impregnato di un brutto olezzo di muffa che ha invaso anche i cassetti dei mobili. La serratura di ingresso andrebbe sostituita perchè difettosa. Alcune prese, se utilizzate, vengono via dall'alloggiamento. Il primo bagnetto, specialmente durante le ore notturne , emana un forte olezzo...
