The Charming Madrid Río II is a diaphanous and spacious duplex next to the popular Manzanares River park called Madrid Río.
This apartment is very quiet and fully equipped to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. It has two sleeping areas, one with a double bed and another located in the upper part with two single beds.
A full bathroom with shower, sink and hair dryer.
Kitchen fully equiped! Fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cutlery... Everything ready for you to use from the day you arrive.
The living room, with lots of natural light, is the perfect place to relax after a long day, it has a television.
Among the accommodation amenities we also find: free Wi-Fi, heating, sheets and towels, iron and ironing board and free toiletries. If you need a cot service for babies, it is possible to request a rental of the same for €30 for the entire stay.

This apartment is located in a very quiet area of the city with all the services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies... You can also go directly to the city center on foot, the Reina Sofía Museum and Atocha are only 25 minutes away on foot . Very close to the apartment is the old Matadero, a place converted into an art and events space, which is worth visiting, very popular with local inhabitants.
In the Madrid Río park, just over 50 meters from the apartment, it is possible to carry out a multitude of activities, ride a bike, cool off in its facilities or enjoy a drink on one of its terraces.

The nearest Metro station is Usera (line 6)You can also use the Legázpi metro station (lines 3 and 6).

La ubicación, espacioso, calle tranquila para lo q es Madrid y a pesar de ser un apartm a ras d calle,
No tiene persianas ni nada q se le parezca, solo en 1 ventana, entra mucha luz incluso d noche. El termo d agua es eléctrico si se ducha alguien con pelo largo, ya no da para otro en un buennn rato, y claro 4 personas d turismo llegando y teniendo los mismos tiempos en casa, pues ha sido complicado....
