Our holiday apartment "Bergluft" can be individually tailored to your needs.

The holiday apartment extends over the ground floor, first, and second floors. The non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-6 adults.

You have three bedrooms and 140 sqm at your disposal. The accommodation features an exceptional entrance area with a vaulted ceiling and marble flooring.

There is ample space here for strollers, bicycles, skis, sleds, etc.

From there, you proceed through the cloakroom to the first floor. The spacious living area, consisting of a kitchen and living room, offers plenty of space for cozy hours.

The ample bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. On the second floor, there is also a separate toilet with a sink. All living and sleeping rooms have real wood flooring. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets due to allergy reasons. The comfortably equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the historic district "Gries", the oldest part of Mittenwald.

Some houses here date back to the Middle Ages, and the Lüftelmalerei (fresco paintings) on the house facades are partly originals from the 18th century. Our holiday apartment "Bergluft" extends over the ground floor, first, and second floors. Due to its central yet quiet location, you can reach the center of Mittenwald, with its Obermarkt and late Baroque church, as well as the "Kranzberg" hiking area, in just a few minutes' walk. Payment is made on site in cash. A prepayment of 50% will be charged upon booking.

The amount must be transferred to the account within one week. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are only possible by arrangement. Key handover will be done in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The tourist tax of €3.00 per person (from 16 years)/night will be charged additionally on site.

The tourist tax for children aged 11-15 is €1.90. In the low season, the tourist tax is €2.00 per person/night.

For children aged 11-15, the tourist tax is €1.30.
