Facing south, the villa has direct access to the main street of Tamariu, which gives a flexibility in the mobility. The house has a private pool and a covered and independent barbecue.

At the entrance there is a hall that separates 2 levels. Going up a few steps we find ourselves on the top floor. On the right hand side there is a garage for one car and on the left hand side - a bedroom with a single bed, a small sofa, a desk and a separate space with a double bed and access to the balcony. On the same floor, there is also a big studio with a double bed, 2 single beds, a desk and an access to a terrace. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have air conditioning.



Going down the stairs from the main entrance on the left hand side we find 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 and one bunkbed 90x200) that share a bathroom with shower, and on the right hand side - the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. On this same floor we have a spacious living-dining room with a large oak table for 10 people, a fireplace and two asccesses (one to the backyard and the other to the garden and a magnificent terrace-dining area), and also another double bedroom en suite with full bathroom with shower and bathtub.



The splendid garden is distributed on two levels. The first level gives continuity to the dining room terrace and on the second level, where the swimming pool (9x4.5m) is, there is also a very nice porch with a barbecue area and a summer kitchen with a fireplace. On the same level, next to the pool at your service there is a toilet.
