The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a small table, the dining table with chairs, a TV set and a fireplace. In the open-plan kitchen there is a hob with oven, a sink, a fridge with two extra freezer compartments, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. Behind one wall is a hall wardrobe and there is a cupboard for cleaning products, a hoover and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and hairdryer. There are two beds and a wardrobe in one bedroom and a single bed in the other. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can use the 1500 m² natural garden for sunbathing or playing games. A car parking space is available on the property.

Location: The holiday home is located in a garden area on the edge of the town of Waren - Müritz, only 200 m from the lido. Via the rear exit of the large natural garden you come directly to the Müritzwanderweg and it is only 80 metres to the water. A restaurant, boat hire and the climbing forest are all within 400 metres. The town centre and the town harbour are approx. 1,200 m away. There you can stroll through the small shops, past lovingly renovated houses to the harbour with its colourful hustle and bustle. There is a wide range of sports and leisure activities on offer. The Müritz National Park, Germany's largest national park at 318 square metres, begins on the outskirts of the town. Hiking, cycling and riding trails are well developed.
