The holiday home by the lake in Jürgenshof is 65 m² in size.
The living room with an integrated open-plan kitchen has two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bidet, a toilet, a vanity unit with shelves, as well as a mirror and a heated towel rail.
The bedrooms are located in the attic and are accessible via a rather steep staircase. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a stool. The second bedroom has two single beds, also a chest of drawers and a stool. Between the two rooms in the small hallway, there is a clothes rail.
The holiday home has underfloor heating on the ground floor.
Outside the house, there is a large south-facing terrace with a fantastic lake view, garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Sun loungers are also available. Bicycles brought along can be stored securely.
There are ample parking spaces on the property.

Other: All heating in the house is electric, including the underfloor heating and the additional heating!
Only electricity will be charged for ancillary costs. Water and sewage are included.

Location:
The holiday home is located directly on the lake, on a fenced 900 m² property at the end of the small village of Jürgenshof. Please note that the house can only be accessed by several steps leading down.
The house offers lake views, and the swimming beach on Plauer See is only a few meters away.
You can cycle or walk around the entire lake using the cycle and hiking path that runs past the property.
The small village of Jürgenshof is part of the municipality of Alt Schwerin. There is a restaurant and two museums in the village.
The nearest town, Malchow, is approximately 6 km away. There you will find small shops, cafes, and beer gardens, some located directly on the lake, a passenger boat service, further museums, and churches.

Please note that a visitor's tax is levied in the municipality of Alt Schwerin. This will be billed separately. Electricity consumption will be charged additionally at the daily rate.
