The kitchen has a cooker with oven and four hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC. Electric heating is available for colder days. In front of the house is a large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a parking space directly in front of the holiday home.

The semi-detached holiday home is located on a plot in a light wooded area of an idyllic holiday home settlement, only 150 m from the lake and 300 m from the beach. A small shop is just a few minutes' walk away. Fresh bread rolls are also available in the morning and there is a small restaurant with a sun terrace overlooking the lake and the beach. While you relax and enjoy your coffee, your little ones can have fun playing in the playground on the shore.

For nature lovers, it is important to know that the wonderful nature of the Mecklenburg Lake District is characterised by an endless amount of forest and many lakes. White-tailed eagles, ospreys and bitterns breed here. You can go hiking, cycling on the excellent network of cycle paths, swimming, fishing, boating, sunbathing and relaxing, horse riding and observing nature. Discover numerous sights such as the bison reserve in the nature reserve of the Damerower Werder peninsula, or the tar kiln in Sparow.
But you will also find plenty of opportunities for strolling and shopping in the neighbouring towns of Malchow (8 km) and Waren (20 km).
