You enter the holiday flat via the house entrance and then have a separate door to your flat. Stairs lead down to the hallway with cloakroom. From here you can access each room. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The house's heating system is located behind a door. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen with four hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a sink and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a table and three chairs. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a small table, an armchair, a living room cupboard with a TV and a stereo system. The bedroom has a wardrobe, a double bed and another TV. You can use the terrace in front of the door with garden furniture and a swing or find a nice spot in the garden. A barbecue is available. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace and in the garden, but please do not smoke in the holiday flat. A car parking space is available on the property.

Pets allowed: Please do not bring pets over a height of 60 cm.

Location: The holiday flat is located where Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is particularly beautiful and charming, in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, on the outskirts of Warenshof, a district of the climatic health resort Waren (Müritz). This basement holiday flat is located in the owner's house. There are two other small houses on the property, one of which is a holiday home. The owners will be happy to spoil you on your arrival with a bottle of mineral water and fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, depending on the season. The holiday home is only 1200 m from the nearest beach with water slide and playground and 2000 m from the old town of Waren, the vibrant marina and the many shopping facilities. You will be delighted by the lovingly renovated half-timbered houses, the historic buildings, the imposing churches and the interesting little shops, restaurants and cafés. Situated in a picturesque landscape, this town is a paradise for those seeking relaxation as well as for active holidaymakers. Cycling tours or hiking, excursions on passenger boats across the large lakes, exploring by charter boat, sailing, fishing, sunbathing or swimming - the range of leisure and entertainment options is almost unlimited. On the outskirts of Waren, just 3000 metres away, is the entrance to the Müritz National Park, the largest national park in Germany. Nature lovers will particularly appreciate the unspoilt nature in which Waren is nestled.
