The living room features a seating area with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, a fireplace, a wall unit, TV, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, raclette, grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table for all guests. The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe is located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV and one with two single beds, are located in the attic of the house. From the living room, you have direct access to the 45 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a swivel grill, and lake views.
A parking space is available.

No gasoline engines are allowed on Lake Wanzka.

Location: The holiday home is located on a waterfront property just 10 m from the lake. The property has its own bathing area and a private boat dock. You have lake views from the house. In the village, there is a particularly beautiful bathing area for children. In the lush nature surrounding Wanzka, you have many opportunities for horseback riding, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, and boating. The area around Blankensee is situated on Lake Wanzka and Lake Rödliner. You are at the gateway to the Feldberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park. Magnificent forests and lakes, framed by rolling hills, alternate in this region. Many rare animals such as otters, black storks, and osprey eagles can still be found here. Very well-developed hiking and cycling trails invite you into pristine nature. The nearest shops and a restaurant are each 3 km away. You can stroll and shop in the cultural and port city of Neustrelitz, 15 km away. You will also find a wide selection of attractions and museums there. Opera and operetta enthusiasts can attend the annual Palace Garden Festival.
