You enter the 55 m² holiday home (extension to the landlord's house) via the hallway with cloakroom. From here you enter the living area with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, a wall unit, a TV and a radio. In the open-plan kitchen you will find 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a mini oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. The first bedroom (connecting room to the second bedroom) is furnished with two upholstered beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two upholstered beds and two shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The flat has two terraces with garden furniture. The terrace directly next to the flat is covered and also offers you the opportunity to sit outside in bad weather. A barbecue is available. Your children can play on the lawn in the garden. A parking space for your car is available near the property.

Location: The holiday home is located in the dreamy village of Petersdorf, right next to the forest, with access to the beautiful Petersdorfer See. In this lake you can go fishing, boating and swimming. Lake Petersdorf is surrounded by idyllic meadows and forests. The Hotel Haus Waldesruh is 600 metres away. There you will find a small bowling alley and a restaurant. The bathing beach of Lake Plau in Lenz is only 2500 metres away. Peterdorf is a small village in the middle of lush nature, surrounded by idyllic meadows and forests, directly on Lake Peterdorf, which is a connection to Lake Plau and Lake Fleesensee all the way to the Müritz. Here you will find an ideal place to recharge your batteries, be it hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, canoeing or mushroom picking. Discover the unspoilt, protected forests on the shores of the lakes. The cycling and hiking trails are mostly well developed and also pass close to your property. The island town of Malchow is just 5 kilometres away. Here you will find the usual shopping facilities, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and beer gardens, which are often located directly on the lake. In the immediate vicinity there are golf courses and tennis courts, a swimming pool, a riding stable, the bear forest, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and many other leisure activities. Other restaurants, on the Lenzer Canal, are only 2500 metres away. Due to the proximity to the motorway you can plan good excursions. Visit our capital Berlin or the Barlach town of Güstrow, only 45 km away, with its Renaissance castle, cathedral and many other art and cultural sites. The Hanseatic city of Rostock and the surrounding Baltic seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea beach are also within easy reach of your holiday destination and well worth a day trip.
