Very beautiful country house "Quinta de Santa Emilia", renovated in 2021. 5 houses in the residence.
In the hamlet Monte do Vale, in a secluded position, 44 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods.
For shared use: property 37 ha with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace.
In the house: lounge, billiard table, playroom, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises.
Supermarket 16 km, shopping centre 40 km, restaurant 7 km, sandy beach "Comporta" 44 km. Nearby attractions: Alcácer do Sal 15 km, Setúbal 40 km, Aeroporto Lisboa 80 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Casa limpa, bem equipada e confortável.
D Fátima é uma querida, muito atenciosa, disponível e faz-nos sentir "em casa".
As cadelas são super meigas, aproximam-se mas não incomodam, mesmo se estivermos a comer. Muito bem educadas! 😉
Muita tranquilidade, boa piscina, espaço para correr. Ótima oportunidade para sair da rotina e "desligar"
A estrada de acesso tem o pavimento irregular. O percurso tem que ser feito a baixa velocidade. É chato mas não será impedimento para voltar.

L'accueil et la disponibilité de Mme M. de F. ont été excellents. Le site est très agréable, la piscine est bien et la proximité de l'autoroute n'entraîne aucune nuisance sonore. La maison bien dans l'ensemble. La piste d'accès est en très mauvais état (tôle ondulée) et je conseille aux futurs intéressés de ne pas s'aventurer sans un véhicule de type 4/4 ou équivalent.
Uma excelente estadia, com todo o conforto e tranquilidade necessária!
