The OASIS residential complex is a low-rise building with three floors and no elevator, located directly on the beachfront with direct access to the sand.
Situated in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 26, it is close to restaurants and other services.
It's a quiet area with little traffic, ensuring relaxation and disconnection. It offers a lovely swimming pool with a shallow end, surrounded by communal areas with paved surfaces and gardens. This is a first-floor apartment, all in perfect condition, with three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a shower-toilet, an independent kitchen with a dishwasher, and a cozy living-dining room with access to a large, cool east-facing terrace (with awning) offering frontal sea views.
From the terrace, stairs lead down to a large private garden with direct access to the beach.
In the garden, you'll find a barbecue area.
A private garage is included. Capacity: 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/person). A linen change is provided every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided you request it in advance and have already paid the security deposit.
Departure and vacating the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service is not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water makes it ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to explore the region, which boasts many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are numerous hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter are very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of undeveloped beach, due to its environmental and ecological significance where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on the beaches, in sea inlets, and rivers.
