The residential OASIS is a low three-storey building without lift, situated on the beachfront with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of the beach of Xeraco in Avenida de la Mota 26 in the vicinity of restaurants and other services. Quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.

It offers a nice swimming pool with shallow area surrounded by communal areas with gardens.

First floor flat, all in perfect condition with three bedrooms, a complete bathroom, shower room, independent kitchen with dishwasher and cosy living-dining room with access to a large terrace (with awning) facing east, with fabulous views of the sea. From this terrace, going down some stairs, there is access to a large private garden with direct access to the beach. In the garden there is a barbecue area.

The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!

Capacity 6/7 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTY ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pets are allowed, maximum weight 12 kg..

The slope at the entrance to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
