The flat Ses Arcades 10 is located in a complex of 15 flats with communal pool and garden. Currently, the flat consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.



The flat is distributed over four levels.



On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. It has a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Table for four people.



The ground floor has the living room with 2 sofas, TV, WiFi for guests and a large window with access to the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and including a parasol for shade. The terrace overlooks the sea and the communal pool with private access to the communal areas.



On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with a single bed each and on the upper floor you will find the master bedroom and bathroom.



The flat does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in the bedrooms.



The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. In the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, Escape Home will require a mandatory deposit of 150 € per person, to be paid by card before arrival and returned on departure, after checking the condition of the house, and within a maximum period of five days.



The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax" for all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
