Flat on 2nd floor without lift, with air conditioning/heating, free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, and a terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
Maximum capacity 4 adults. There is 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, separate fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, and living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace.
In the textile urbanisation Lomas del Mar 1, with 2 communal swimming pools + 2 children's swimming pools (open in summer), 1 heated swimming pool (open all year round except in summer), 2 paddle tennis courts and children's play area. A few metres away there is a big supermarket, as well as bars and restaurants. The beaches of El Playazo and Puerto Rey are only 5 minutes drive away.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 Kwh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets are allowed (1 per booking). Groups of young people are not allowed (NO DREAMBEACH). No smoking inside the flat.
