All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On this floor there is also a spacious and large bathroom fully equipped with bathtub and hairdryer.



The large and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a table and chairs, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has direct access to the back terrace where the barbecue is located.


The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room and is equipped with a table and chairs for all the guests. It also has direct access to the back terrace.
