The 55-square-metre, two-room flat is located on the first floor of the house and offers space for up to four people. The bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m) and a small desk. A wardrobe can be found in the hallway of the flat, just a few steps away. For the third and fourth person, the sofa bed in the living room offers the possibility to stay overnight. A TV and a hi-fi system are also part of the equipment. The small balcony with southern exposure invites you to linger and sunbathe. The fully equipped kitchen borders directly on the living room and is spatially separated by a high counter. Via the hallway of the flat you reach the daylight-flooded bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and towel heating.

In addition to the flat, the separate bedroom (room 8, approx. 8 square metres) can be used for a fifth person. The room is located on the same floor, accessible via the hallway.

A safe in the flat provides you with additional security. An assigned parking space is available on the property of the house. You can use WLAN free of charge. A high chair (in the basement of the house) and a baby travel cot with mattress but without linen are available in the flat free of charge. A lockable bicycle room, a small fitness room with table tennis table and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used by guests.
As a special highlight of the flat, a private beach chair is included in the rent, which is located directly on the beach and is available to you from May to September.
The shared fireplace room on the first floor of the house also has a sea view and guarantees sociable hours.
