The Residence is particularly suited to families and those who wish to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Composed of brick-built accommodation, equipped with a kitchen and adapted facilities, surrounded by lush gardens. The accommodation consists of:
Standard two-room flat for 4/5 people: one large bedroom, 1 large living room with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower, covered terrace.
Each flat has its own entrance and outdoor space, the village has a swimming pool, beach volleyball and petanque area, including a beach service with 1 parasol and two deckchairs. Tourist tax to be paid on site according to municipal resolution
Bicycles, scooters or motor vehicles are not allowed inside the residence.
Small village consisting of 40 homes with direct access to the sea. Nearby are a supermarket, fishmonger's, bars, restaurants and a train station within easy walking distance.

The village has an indoor car park, for those who wish to reach us by means of transport other than the car, we are located 1 km from Zambrone railway station and 60 km from Lamezia Terme airport

 Beach service (1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs);
 Use of swimming pool, beach volleyball court and boules pitch;
 Unsupervised indoor parking;
 First supply of bed linen;

Provisions on request to be paid for on site:
- Baby cot hire 35.00 per week in all periods, on request, at the time of booking, subject to availability, linen not included;
- Change of bed linen 5 per person;
- Bathroom linen 5 per person and per change;
- Small pets, (subject to authorisation from the management and to access and movement arrangements) 30.00 for additional cleaning of accommodation;
- Fee-paying transfer service to and from airports and train stations, which can be arranged with accredited partner companies and booked at the time of booking;
- Coin-operated washing machine;
- Possibility, on request, of tidying and cleaning the flat during the stay;
The kitchenette is equipped with : crockery and cutlery for the number of occupants.
